To maintain ethical business practices, regulatory compliance, and the integrity of the Pureveda business model, every Independent Distributor shall strictly adhere to the following prohibitions:

1. Incentives Based Only on Product Sales

No Distributor shall receive or be entitled to any incentive, commission, bonus, reward, or other monetary benefit that is not directly linked to the sale of products or services offered by Pureveda.

Compensation shall be based solely on the approved Compensation Plan and legitimate product sales activities.

2. Participation in Competing MLM / Direct Selling Businesses

A Distributor, and where applicable their immediate dependent family members including spouse, dependent children, and dependent parents, shall not actively participate in, promote, represent, or engage in the network marketing, direct selling, or multi-level marketing business of any competing organization while associated with Pureveda.

Violation of this provision may result in suspension or termination of the Distributor’s membership at the sole discretion of the Company.

3. Unauthorized Online Selling

Distributors shall not list, advertise, market, promote, offer, auction, resell, or distribute Pureveda products or business opportunities on:

• Online auction platforms

• Marketplace websites

• Unauthorized e-commerce platforms

• Online classified portals

• Social media marketplaces

• Any website or digital platform not expressly approved by Pureveda

Any online promotion or sale of products must comply with the Company’s official policies and prior written authorization requirements.

4. Misrepresentation and False Promises

Distributors shall not:

• Make false, misleading, exaggerated, or unsubstantiated claims regarding Pureveda products.

• Guarantee health outcomes, earnings, success, or financial returns.

• Induce or pressure any individual to purchase products.

• Mislead any person into becoming a Distributor through false representations.

• Misrepresent the Company’s compensation plan, income opportunities, or business model.

All product and business presentations must be truthful, accurate, and consistent with officially approved Company materials.

5. Prohibition of Money Circulation Schemes

Neither Pureveda nor any Distributor shall engage in, promote, participate in, or facilitate any money circulation scheme, chain referral scheme, Ponzi scheme, or similar arrangement prohibited under applicable laws.

The Company and its Distributors shall strictly comply with the provisions of the Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act, 1978, and any amendments thereto.

6. Prohibition of Pyramid Schemes

Pureveda operates as a legitimate Direct Selling business based on the sale of products to consumers.

Neither the Company nor any Distributor shall promote, operate, participate in, or represent the business opportunity as a pyramid scheme or any arrangement where compensation is derived primarily from recruitment rather than product sales.

The Company strictly complies with the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021 and all applicable regulations governing direct selling businesses in India.

7. Inventory Loading Prohibition

Distributors shall not compel, encourage, or require any person to purchase products in quantities exceeding their reasonable personal consumption or resale requirements.

The business opportunity shall never be presented as requiring large inventory purchases for participation or advancement.

8. Ethical Business Conduct

Distributors shall not engage in any activity that:

• Damages the reputation of Pureveda.

• Violates applicable laws and regulations.

• Creates consumer confusion or deception.

• Interferes with another Distributor’s business organization.

• Constitutes unfair, unethical, or deceptive trade practices.

9. Compliance Enforcement

Any violation of the above prohibitions may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to:

• Written warning

• Suspension of Distributor privileges

• Withholding of commissions or incentives

• Termination of Distributor Agreement

• Legal action, where applicable

The decision of Pureveda regarding any compliance matter shall be final and binding.
