The purpose of this Payment Policy is to define the accepted payment methods, payment processing procedures, security standards, confidentiality measures, and responsibilities of all parties involved in transactions conducted with the Company.

4. PAYMENT SECURITY & CONFIDENTIALITY

The Company shall:

• Protect customer and distributor financial data.

• Not sell, rent, or disclose payment information to unauthorized third parties except where required by law.

5. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By purchasing products, registering as a Distributor, or making any payment through Pureveda’s authorized channels, you acknowledge that:

• You agree to comply with the terms stated herein.

• You authorize Pureveda to process payments through approved payment methods.

6. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

Pureveda may accept payments through the following modes:

• Net Banking

Customers and Distributors may transfer funds directly to the Company’s designated bank account.

Debit Cards

Payments may be made through approved debit cards issued by recognized banks.

Credit Cards

Payments may be made through approved credit cards subject to payment gateway approval.

UPI Payments

Accepted UPI platforms may include:

• BHIM UPI

• Google Pay

• PhonePe

• Paytm

• Other RBI-approved UPI applications

Cheque / Demand Draft

The Company may accept cheque or demand draft payments subject to realization and clearance.

7. PAYMENT PROCESSING

8. DIRECT SELLER & DISTRIBUTOR PAYMENT GUIDELINES

Distributor Responsibility

Distributors must:

• Make payments only through authorized Company channels.

• Ensure correct Distributor ID is quoted while making payments.

• Retain payment receipts and transaction references.

Unauthorized Payments

The Company shall not be responsible for:

• Payments made to unauthorized persons.

• Payments made to personal accounts not approved by Pureveda.

• Fraudulent payment requests received from third parties.

9. CHEQUE RETURN POLICY

In the event a cheque is dishonored due to:

• Insufficient funds

• Stop payment instructions

• Account closure

• Signature mismatch

• Any banking irregularity

• Recover bank charges.

• Suspend pending orders.

• Suspend Distributor privileges until dues are cleared.

10. PAYMENT GATEWAY CHARGES

• Processing fees

may be borne by the customer or Distributor wherever applicable and disclosed at the time of payment.

11. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

• Distributor ID

• GST Information (where applicable)

• Payment Details

• KYC Information

solely for legitimate business purposes and legal compliance.
